Use the service lawfully, in accordance with the rules of connected channels and platforms and authorized customer instructions. The current service covers ERP modules such as orders, products and stock, current accounts, cash and bank, expenses, and reporting; marketplace and e-commerce platform integrations; issuing e-Fatura and e-Arşiv invoices and cargo integration; a WhatsApp Business (including WhatsApp Business App Coexistence), Instagram DM, Facebook Pages, and Messenger inbox; optional AI reply drafts/automatic replies; and customer-confirmed Shopify card/cash-on-delivery order flows.
Prohibited uses include spam or unsolicited messages, ignoring recipient opt-outs, deception or fraud, issuing false or misleading e-Fatura or e-Arşiv documents, connecting marketplace, store, e-document, or cargo accounts you are not authorized to use, unlawful use of another person's identity or tax details, unlawful data collection, unauthorized disclosure of personal data, malicious content, circumventing platform rules or technical safeguards, impersonation, and disrupting service security.
The customer manages connected accounts and user permissions and is responsible for legal grounds, required notices/permissions, message and document content, and sending decisions concerning its end users and buyers. Whether to use AI without human review and whether to enable automatic sending are customer settings; AI does not guarantee accuracy, staying within scope, or creating a support ticket. A customer-confirmed Shopify order and issued e-documents can have real effect.
If there is a security, legal-compliance, or service-integrity risk, Asistone may conduct a reasonable review and apply necessary and proportionate access restrictions.
