This separate optional permission covers only Asistone's own announcement, campaign, and promotional commercial electronic messages about its products and services. It is not required to send a meeting request, create an account, or use the service. It does not authorize marketing by an Asistone customer to that customer's end users.
Optional choice (on the meeting request form): [ ] I would like to receive announcements and campaign messages from Asistone.
Channels: Messages may be sent by email to the email address you enter on the same form, and by text message (SMS) or voice call to the phone number you enter there. No other contact address is used.
Consent record: When you tick the box and send the form, your choice (yes/no), the version of the notice you read, and the submission time are sent to the Asistone team and recorded as part of your request, together with your name, email address, and phone number. Consent records are kept while the consent is valid and for three years from the date it stops being valid; other records of commercial electronic messages sent are kept for three years from the date of the record (Article 13(2) of the Turkish Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages).
Consent records and İYS (Turkish message management system) registration/withdrawal requirements are handled under current Turkish commercial-communications rules. You may withdraw at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge, through the opt-out method in a message or by writing to [email protected]; after your opt-out no further commercial electronic messages are sent to you. Transactional account and service notices and the answer to your meeting request are separate from this marketing permission to the extent needed for the requested service or legal obligations.
