This form on its own is not blanket consent for all Asistone products (ERP, CRM, and AI features). The data controller must first provide a separate notice identifying the controller, purposes, data types, recipients, and rights, and should request a free, separate choice only for a specific processing operation that requires explicit consent under KVKK. Declining this form cannot be a condition for basic service terms or receipt of a privacy notice.
A company employee using an Asistone account cannot give this consent on behalf of the company's end users, buyers, or customers. The company is responsible for its own legal grounds and notices for the customer, order, invoice, and message data it processes in the ERP and CRM. Enabling an AI feature does not automatically constitute explicit consent. If explicit consent is selected as the legal ground for AI processing, a separate consent flow must separately identify the data, purpose, provider, and transfer covered. Marketing permission is a different optional choice and is not covered here.

Withdraw consent prospectively in service settings or by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal does not retroactively affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. The controller should confirm with counsel whether explicit consent is required for this particular processing and which transfer condition applies.
