These Terms govern use of Asistone's SaaS service and website. If you use the service for a business, you represent that you are authorized to act for it. The selected plan, price, and renewal terms are shown at purchase; these Terms do not promise a particular free trial, price, refund, or renewal arrangement.

## Account, authority, and security

The person opening an organization account must be authorized to act for it, protect their sign-in details, limit user/company/branch/channel/store permissions to the necessary scope, and notify Asistone of suspected unauthorized access. You manage the users added to your account and the integration permissions you grant (including marketplace, e-commerce, e-document, cargo, and messaging-channel connections). These duties do not remove Asistone's own security obligations.

## Plans, fees, and subscription

The applicable plan, usage limits, price, currency, taxes, any trial period, renewal, and cancellation terms are specified at purchase/subscription or in an offer accepted by the parties. This document alone does not authorize free use, unlimited resources, a particular service level, or automatic renewal. Additional paid use or a chargeable action requires the relevant purchase terms to be shown separately. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable where relevant.

## Service and integrations

Depending on the selected package, the service covers ERP modules such as orders, products and stock, current accounts, cash and bank, expenses, and reporting; marketplace and e-commerce platform integrations such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, and Shopify; issuing e-Fatura and e-Arşiv invoices and answering incoming e-invoices through an e-document integration; cargo integration; a unified inbox, leads, and support tickets for WhatsApp Business (including WhatsApp Business App Coexistence), Instagram DM, Facebook Pages, and Messenger; optional AI reply drafts, automatic replies, and a knowledge base; and Shopify card/cash-on-delivery order flows separately confirmed by the merchant's customer. The content of each package and which integrations are available are stated at purchase/subscription or in the offer. Third-party integrations depend on user authorization and the platform's current technical and policy requirements.

The customer manages channel and integration connections, user permissions, AI instructions, review, and automatic-send settings. The customer handles notices, legal grounds, and requests relating to its customers, buyers, suppliers, and staff as required by law. Asistone acts as processor for ERP and CRM data it processes on customer instructions and is controller for account-administrator and billing data processed for its own purposes. See the [Privacy Policy](/en/legal/privacy).

The content, accuracy, and timing of e-Fatura and e-Arşiv documents and the obligations arising from tax law are the customer's as the taxpayer. The documents are issued through the e-document provider Asistone works with (a private integrator authorized by the Turkish Revenue Administration), which keeps them for 10 years under tax law; Asistone does not assume a separate legal retention duty for them. Asistone does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice.

AI output should be checked before reliance. Actions taken through integrations, issued e-documents, and Shopify card/cash-on-delivery orders confirmed by the customer can have real commercial and tax effect. The customer is responsible for the content of messages, orders, and documents, confirmation flows, required permissions, and its channel use. Nothing here removes Asistone's mandatory statutory liability.

## Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and in accordance with platform rules and the [Acceptable Use Policy](/en/legal/aup). Spam, unauthorized access, unlawful messaging, issuing false documents, malicious content, and circumventing safeguards are prohibited. Asistone may apply necessary and proportionate access restrictions where there is a reasonable security, legal-compliance, or service-integrity risk.

## Content, intellectual property, and confidentiality

The software and service intellectual property belong to their respective rights holders. The customer receives a right to use the service during the service term under the accepted plan and these Terms; software ownership is not transferred. Customers retain their rights in supplied content and must be entitled to use it and authorize the processing needed for the service. AI output is not guaranteed to be unique or free of third-party rights.

The parties must not use non-public business information obtained through the service for unrelated purposes or disclose it to unauthorized recipients. Necessary access by authorized personnel/service providers and legally required disclosures are considered separately. Personal data is governed by the privacy notice, applicable law, and any separately agreed processing addendum; publishing a draft addendum does not execute it.

## Data, termination, and liability

Account data, ERP records, and shared company conversations belong to the organization/subscription account; removing an employee's individual access does not delete shared data. Requests and deletion scope are described in the [Data Retention and Deletion Policy](/en/legal/data-deletion); deletion or return requests are assessed according to their scope, organization instructions, legal retention duties, and third-party rights; no fixed-time or immediate deletion promise is made.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service or AI accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, Asistone is not liable for the portion of loss caused by the customer's unlawful instructions, the nature of data the customer supplies/connects, customer configuration, or AI messages used without human review. This limitation does not exclude liability for Asistone's intent, gross negligence, or any liability that mandatory law does not permit to be excluded. Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations invalidates an advance exclusion of gross-negligence liability.

A person authorized for the organization may end the subscription under the cancellation terms of the accepted plan. In case of unlawful use or a serious security risk, access may be restricted as necessary and proportionate; the reason is notified to the customer unless notice would increase the risk or is legally prohibited. Termination does not by itself remove legal retention or ongoing dispute obligations.

Material changes to these Terms are presented as a new version; where required, renewed acceptance is requested before continued use of the service. The record of the previously accepted version is preserved. Turkish law applies, subject to mandatory rules on jurisdiction and venue.
